  • Establish Joint Steering Committee
  • Hire program coordinator and clerical/administrative staff
  • Begin skills assessment, based on a survey process to measure the gap between current skills and new technologies. This data was gathered jointly for the most efficient training design.

November-December 2001

  • Complete initial skills assessment
  • Curriculum development
  • Develop evaluation methodology

January 2002

  • Begin program delivery
  • Begin baseline evaluation process
